How Jeeva AI is Powering the Seller Copilot Era on Azure

Selling software or services is hard work. Most salespeople spend their day searching for leads, sending emails, updating spreadsheets, and doing follow-ups. It’s time-consuming and takes them away from what really matters: talking to customers.

That’s where Jeeva AI comes in. Created by Gaurav Bhattacharya, Jeeva AI works like a digital assistant for salespeople. It helps them find the right contacts, send smarter messages, and manage their tasks automatically. Think of it as a Copilot for anyone who sells, whether you’re a sales rep, account manager, or founder.

Why sales teams need help now

Sales cycles are getting longer, and customers expect more personalized communication. Teams using Jeeva AI are already seeing results. Their sales pipelines grow over three times faster, and each salesperson saves about 1.5 hours a day almost one full workday every week. That’s time they can now spend with clients instead of on admin work.

From early coding to building an AI startup

Gaurav’s story started in New Delhi, where he learned to code at just ten years old on his first Windows computer. After selling his first startup in healthcare AI, he moved to San Francisco to start Jeeva AI. At first, the company focused on managing customer data. But when his small sales team built an internal AI tool to speed up their own work. It worked so well that they turned it into their main product.

How Jeeva AI makes life easier for sellers

Jeeva AI takes care of five big pain points for sales teams.

·  Finds leads faster: You can ask it naturally, like “Find VPs of Sales in San Francisco who use Salesforce.”

·  Enriches data automatically: It connects to trusted data providers to get phone numbers, emails, and company info.

·  Writes outreach emails for you: Drafts appear directly in Outlook, ready for approval and send.

·  Keeps your inbox organized: It helps you reply faster by suggesting answers in your own tone.

·  Takes meeting notes: It summarizes discussions and creates action points so nothing is forgotten.

Scaling with Microsoft and WeTransact

Everything Jeeva AI builds runs securely on Microsoft Azure. The company uses Azure tools like Fast API, React, MongoDB, and Open AI models (GPT-4and GPT-5). That means faster performance, strong security, and easy scaling for big customers.

Gaurav explained it simply: “When we work with Fortune 500 clients, I show them our Azure setup —and they immediately trust it.”

Through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, Jeeva AI received about $500K in Azure credits and close support from Microsoft engineers. That helped the company grow to $6M in annual recurring revenue, with about 25–30% of that growth coming from Microsoft’s ecosystem.

To make it easier for customers to buy, Jeeva AI listed its solution on the Microsoft Marketplace with WeTransact. The process was fast and simple, using single sign-on and ready-made pricing templates. Now, companies can purchase Jeeva AI directly through their existing Azure agreements, no extra contracts needed.

What’s Next for Jeeva AI

Jeeva AI is expanding its reach across Microsoft tools. Outlook and Calendar integrations are already active, while deeper integrations with Teams and Copilot are underway. The goal is simple: give every seller a faster and smarter way to work without switching tools.

In Gaurav’s words, “Anyone who sells can use Jeeva AI. We built it to multiply productivity without adding complexity.”
